महाराष्ट्र स्वाधार योजना : महाराष्ट्रातील एकही विद्यार्थी शिक्षणापासून वंचित राहू नये यासाठी राज्य सरकारने स्वाधार योजना लागू केली आहे. या योजनेंतर्गत इयत्ता 11वी, 12वी आणि डिप्लोमा व्यावसायिक-नॉन-प्रोफेशनल विद्यार्थ्यांना दरवर्षी 51 हजारांची आर्थिक मदत दिली जाणार आहे. सर्व वर्गातील विद्यार्थ्यांना शिक्षणाच्या मुख्य प्रवाहात आणण्यासाठी आणि या माध्यमातून त्यांचे भविष्य घडविण्यासाठी ही योजना करण्यात आली आहे. या योजनेसाठी पात्रता निकष, योजनेचे तपशीलवार फायदे आणि अर्ज प्रक्रियेचे तपशीलवार वर्णन:

स्वाधार योजनेचे पात्रता निकष

  • अनुसूचित जाति, नव बौद्ध समुदायातील सर्व विद्यार्थी या योजनेसाठी पात्र राहतील.
  • उमेदवाराचे कौटुंबिक आर्थिक उत्पन्न २.५ लाखाहून अधिक नसावे.
  • शैक्षणिक कालावधी दोन वर्षांहून अधिक नसावा.
  • उमेदवार किमान ६०% मिळवून दहावी किंवा बारावी इयत्तेत उत्तीर्ण झालेला असावा.
  • शारीरिक दिव्यंगत्व असणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना परीक्षेत किमान ४०% प्राप्त करणे गरजेचे आहे.
  • उमेदवार महाराष्ट्रातील रहिवासी असावा.

डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्वाधार योजनेच्या अटी

योजनेच्या काही प्रमुख अटी खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत :

  1. विद्यार्थ्यांना १०वी, १२वी, पदवी किंवा पदविका (डिप्लोमा) परीक्षेत ६० टक्क्यांपेक्षा जास्त गुण असावे.
  2. या प्रवर्गातील दिव्यांग विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी ही मर्यादा ५० टक्क्यांपेक्षा जास्त गुण असावे.
  3. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या पालकाचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न २,५०,००० पेक्षा अधिक नसावे.
  4. विद्यार्थी बाहेरगावी शिकणारा असावा (स्थानिक नसावा).
  5. गुणवत्तेनुसार विद्यार्थ्यांची निवड करण्यात येईल.
  6. विद्यार्थी व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमाशी संलग्न निर्वाह भत्ता योजनेचा लाभ घेत असल्यास त्यांना या योजनेचा लाभ मिळणार नाही.
  7. विद्यार्थ्यांचे बॅंक खाते आधारकार्डशी संलग्न असावे.
  8. सामाजिक न्याय विभागाच्या वसतिगृहात वास्तव्यास असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना ह्या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येणार नाही.
